Do
I need to make an appointment in advance for EDGAR service?
Although advance notification is not required, if you have a rush
filing, making
an appointment is recommended. All filings are guaranteed to be completed
within 24 hours of receipt.

you willing to work weekends or after hours?
After hour and weekend service is available
at no extra charge with 24 hours
notice.
- Where should
I send EDGAR forms for processing?
Please
send all documents to services@precisionedgar.com
for conversion.
- Do you offer XBRL tagging?
We
are currently partnered with one of the leading XBRL agents.

- Do
I need to wire or send money prior to sending my documents?
No, you will be mailed an invoice once submission
is complete. All invoices are
due upon receipt.
- Can I retrieve
my CCC code from a submission header?
All
CCC codes are confidential and cannot be found anywhere on a filing.
If
you need to obtain a new CCC code, you must file a Form
ID. We can provide
this service for you at no charge.
- What
is the cut off time for filing?
EDGAR
documents may be submitted to the SEC Monday through Friday from
6:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time. However, all forms submitted
after
5:30p.m. will be considered filed on the following day.

Yes,
