Form ID

All companies and reporting individuals are required to have access codes for EDGAR submissions. Filing a Form ID will give you the following codes:

CIK:	Central Index Key - Unique number used to identify companies and individuals. The number is public and can be found in the header information of all submissions.
CCC:	CIK Confirmation Code - Private code used in conjunction with the CIK to ensure authorization to file.
PASSWORD:	Allows access to the EDGAR system and to change online company header information.
PMAC:	Password Modification Authorization Code- Used to change the Password once it expires.

Precision Edgar only requires the CIK and CCC codes for EDGAR transmittal.
