- Delivery
of Document
Simply E-mail
your document to us along with your Company's CIK and CCC codes. We
accept all MS Word, Word Perfect and Excel formats. If you do not have
the required filing codes, you can obtain them by completing a Form
ID.
- Conversion
to EDGAR Format
Once we are in receipt of your filing, we will immediately begin preparing
the document for SEC transmittal. We guarantee this process will be
completed within 24 hours, however this is only a standard. Most filings
are ready for proofing within 2 hours.
- Consent
to Transmit
The EDGAR form will be faxed or emailed to you for final approval. Any
revisions or edits will be processed at this time. Once we have your
consent, the document will be electronically submitted to the SEC. As
soon as it is received, the SEC Acceptance of the filing will be sent
to you.
